When college preparation counseling meets Global Competence; students’ great potentials are released.
In March 2023, founders of Champion Academy in China and One World United and Virtuous met and signed an MOU for strategic partnership. Having been helping Chinese senior high school students apply for top universities around the world for the last five years, Champion Academy enjoys a high reputation by introducing excellent educational programs to its target students.
As a pilot program for the cooperation between Champion and One World, eight students from Champion attended the second annual COLP2023 (Community of Learning and Practice) organized by One World. Among them, Yihang Tang, Tina (Xinyu Jiang), Rui Ding, Yifang Xu, Wenhao Kong are considered “Students of Best Performance” for their active participation during and after COLP.
As a result of their participation during the 5 session COLP2023 Climate Change and Education, the students were inspired to bring their learning to their schools by forming environmental clubs and working towards becoming carbon neutral using the UNFCCC calculator as well as the tools acquired during the COLP2023 sessions.
