One World Founder attends Global Peace Convention

One World Founder, Joe Carvin, traveled to Manila, The Philippines to attend the 2017 Global Peace Convention. The convention is a platform used to share ideas and develop strategies to effectively teach and implement peace building, education, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, empowerment and other fields of social impact.  The focus of this years convention was Moral and Innovative Leadership: New Models for Peace and Development.

Leaders from 44 nations representing governments, faith traditions, business and civil community organizations were in attendance in Manila.

During the 4 day convention, The One-K Global Campaign Organizing Committee held a concert featuring Korean pop stars. The goal of One-K is peaceful unification of the Korean people and global peace.
