The implementation of One World has impacted our Lansing School District community enhancing our global competencies, and transforming our vision of global responsibility. The One World Clubs has afforded opportunities to our students to become acquainted with global issues, established connections with classrooms around the world, and most importantly, encouraged service learning, both locally and globally.
We are excited about the forward-thinking that One World embraces as they evolve to build new character education lessons, units on financial education, and continue to encourage students to address climate change and other global issues. One World truly has their heart focused on what’s best for students and what’s best for the planet!
