David Gelfarb is a partner with the law firm of Moss & Kalish, PLLC in New York City. David specializes in commercial litigation and general business practice. David served as a County Legislator for six years, representing Port Chester, Rye Brook and Harrison, where he was Chairman of the Labor, Parks, Planning and Housing Committee and the Public Safety and Security Committee. David was also a member of the Budget Committee. Prior to serving as a County Legislator, David served four years as a Rye Town Councilman while Mr. Carvin was Town Supervisor. David is a congregant and member of the board of Trustees of Congregation KTI in Port Chester. David is married to Leslie Snyder and is proud to be the father of three children and the step-father of two children.
