Ten Year Celebration Presentation to the School Board
One World was extremely proud to celebrate 10 years of impact in Wyandanch, Long Island this October.
From students to staff to administrators to school board members… the school district has made an important impact on their community through enriching service learning, character education, and global competence programs.
The Wyandanch One World Club has doubled in size this year, with 42 One World Ambassadors. One of the fifth graders, Da’Zani, had an idea to help all staff feel loved for the holidays. They brainstormed a way for One World to “show our love”, and they are now making holiday card for every single staff member at Martin Luther King Jr!
We hope that their holiday spirit can rub off on each and every one of us. Happy Holidays to all!
