She boasts over 10 years of experience and over $400 million in sales to date, handling many prominent, record-setting transactions. In addition to working with her resale clientele on condos, co-ops, and townhouses, Parul is a consummate new development sales professional, notably responsible for repositioning and selling out 1280 Fifth Avenue. She is currently working with the Leonard Steinberg Team to sell 196 Orchard Street.

She has been featured on many episodes of HGTV’s ‘Selling New York’ and a weekly panelist on ‘Good Morning New York’ on Voice America.  Her business is based on four simple principles:

    Prior to real estate, Parul was a Strategic Management Consultant at a Big Four firm. She attended University of Pittsburgh’s Honors College to study analytical philosophy and cognitive psychology.

    Staying centered via meditation and yoga, and exploring diverse neighborhoods in her spare time drives Parul’s passion for this city. She is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York and an active board members of a few charities.
