Merkel holds hard line on euro debt crisis

German Chancellor Angela Merkel continued to hold firm in her position that any solution to the euro crisis will require more than quick fixes. While restating her commitment to saving the Euro, she spoke of the need to create a “legally enforceable fiscal union” and dismissed claims that Germany was attempting to dominate its European counterparts.
